Welcome to The Nutrition Perspective— a space created by a nutrition and dietetics student about food, nutrition, and everyday eating . This blog was created to explore my curiosity for nutrition in a way that blends with my love for creating and sharing recipes. My goal is to use this blog as a creative and informational outlet about everything relating to food. I am not prescribing diets or offering medical advice- the focus is learning about food through balance, research and experimentation and sharing that knowledge

A bit about me- I’m Jorgie, a student with a big passion for learning new things, especially in the world of nutrition. I’ll be beginning my Master’s program in Nutrition and Dietetics in May. Right now, this blog reflects my learning process: sharing what I’m studying, what I’m curious about, and how nutrition concepts reflect in daily life.

As my education progresses, my knowledge as well as this blog will grow with me. I’ll always be clear about what’s evidence-based, what’s still being learned, and what’s simply personal perspective.
